NEW VALENCIA VIOLINS

Decent quality student violin outfits. These instruments are properly set up in our own workshop at no extra charge. All sizes available. We generally have sizes from 1/4 to full size in stock.

Please avoid the real cheapies offered on the net. They tend to be poor in quality and not set up. Making them play properly can be quite costly and the result is often still poor. They don't represent good value. The schools and teachers who have bought Valencias from me have all been pleased with their purchases.

European Violin

This older European violin was probably made in Germany. The maker is unknown. It has a rich full tone. The instrument is properly set up and fitted with Dominant strings It comes complete with the case, bow and rosin.If the case or chinrest isn't to your liking we can negotiate a different one.

 Smaller sized Violins

We usually have a selection of second hand violins in stock. They are all in sound, playable conditionand are complete with bows and cases. Often they are available from as little as $80. Please contact us for details of smaller sized instruments currently held.

 FOLK, WESTERN & ELECTRIC GUITARS

We have chosen to stock the SX range of folk, western & electric guitars. They have proven to be of a consistantly good quality and represent good value for money. All guitars are supplied with a free bag. 

CLASSIC GUITARS

Most of our classic guitars are from the Valencia range. We chose these because, like the SX range they are consistant, of good reliable quality and modestly priced. We have all sizes from 1/4 up. The 1/4 sized instruments are priced at $89 and full sizes ones are from $119. The schools and teachers invariably prefer their students to use nylon strung classic style guitars. We have supplied many of these instruments to teachers and schools and all have been delighted with them. All guitars are supplied with a free bag. The Custom Series CG30 is a particularly fine solid spruce top model and at $350 is equal to many guitars costing three times as much.

 Ibanez Classic Guitar

One only, new guitar, old stock. Found it at the back of the stock room where it has been hiding for some years. It's retail price then was $450. To clear, now only

All maple body, fingerboards and bridge, nickel plated machine heads make these ukuleles good quality musical instruments. They are available in 11 different colours (although our selection varies) and are supplied with a matching coloured bag.
